WHAT IS YOUR POLICY?
ALL DEPOSITS ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE
WITHIN 48 HRS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, DEPOSITS ARE TRANSFERABLE IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE TO ANOTHER DATE
(EACH CLIENT IS ALLOWED 1 RESCHEDULE PER DEPOSIT)SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED WHEN REBOOKING
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO A
30% CANCELLATION FEENO SHOWS WILL AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT THEIR DEPOSIT AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REBOOK IN THE FUTURE

IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED. I BOOK MY CLIENTS BACK TO BACK WITH LITTLE TO NO GAPS IN BETWEEN. PLEASE PLAN YOUR DAY ACCORDINGLY AND ARRIVE ON TIME
