WHAT IS YOUR POLICY?

  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE

  • WITHIN 48 HRS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, DEPOSITS ARE TRANSFERABLE IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE TO ANOTHER DATE
    (EACH CLIENT IS ALLOWED 1 RESCHEDULE PER DEPOSIT)

  • SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED WHEN REBOOKING

  • LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO A
    30% CANCELLATION FEE

  • NO SHOWS WILL AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT THEIR DEPOSIT AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REBOOK IN THE FUTURE

  • IF YOU ARE FEELNG SICK, YOU MUST CONTACT ME TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU SHOW UP COUGHING OR SNEEZING, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AS I WORK IN CLOSE PROXIMITY OF YOUR FACE. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND I WILL HAVE TO SEND YOU HOME

IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED. I BOOK MY CLIENTS BACK TO BACK WITH LITTLE TO NO GAPS IN BETWEEN. PLEASE PLAN YOUR DAY ACCORDINGLY AND ARRIVE ON TIME
